Creating a personal finance club
In many parts of LATAM, financial education, especially around investing and long-term wealth building, isn’t easily accessible. I believe that if you don’t learn about it, it’s hard to take the steps toward financial success. That’s why we started this club—to empower our team with the knowledge and tools to take control of their financial futures.

Finding Meaning Through Service
Last week, I had the privilege of volunteering at the Bahá'í House of Worship in Santiago, Chile—a space open to all for reflection and prayer. From greeting visitors to ensuring a peaceful environment, the experience was simple yet profoundly fulfilling.

Riding the Americas
I've been traveling on a motorcycle since the end of January and I'm on my 7th country so far (US, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica). I recently deleted Instagram and Facebook to give myself a little break from social media, so I'm stealing a space here on your LinkedIn feed to share some of the photos I took, I hope they make your feed more beautiful. It's a hobby that I've been trying to get better at, so any tips are appreciated.

What is work-life balance?
As I travel I run into people with all sorts of different ideas about what working, especially remotely, should look like. Here is what I found makes for good work-life balance.

Meeting managers in person
In-person meetings have become a key tool for effective remote team management at Blue Coding, and we will continue exploring how to leverage the trust and empathy they generate.

A founder’s perspective
I'm starting a short video series called "A Founder's Perspective", where I'll be sharing some thoughts on what I've learned about business, life, and the software development industry. The first video is about remote work, and why it's worked out for us at Blue Coding. I'd love to hear your thoughts, as well as any suggestion you might have for future topics.
